Kurdpa agency: the District of execution of criminal sentences of Oshnavieh was auctioned a bail who belongs to a Kurdish citizen.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, the District of execution of criminal sentences of Oshnavieh has announced that auctions a bail of a Kurdish citizen named Saber Rasolpour, Ismail\'s son.
the auction of the bail of this Kurdish citizen will be hold on July 27th at the Oshnavieh prosecutors of execution of criminal sentences Office. The auction starts from the base price and is awarded to the highest price.
Saber Rassolpour was sentenced to 19 years in prison by district 101 of the 2nd Penal Court of Oshnavieh on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government.\"
This Kurdish citizen was released from prison in the year 1995 (Hijri) with a bail of 120 million Toman and was forced to leave Iran after the pressure from security agencies.
This bail is belonged to his brother, Jalal Rasoolpour.
This Kurdish citizen was in the Oshnavieh Ettelaat Detention Center and Orumiyeh Central Prison for four months and he had been beaten by intelligence forces and authorities of Urmia\'s Prison.
