Sarpoleh Zahab: Following shooting by Military Forces a Kurdish Young man was killed

KURDPA Agency: A Kurdish citizen was shot dead by a police in the village located in west part of Kermanshah province.
According to KURDPA News agency, yesterday evening 7th of May Iranian state armed forces located in Bezmir-Abad in Sarpoleh Zahab, killed a Kurdish Citizen. The victim has been identified as Salah Waisi son of Aziz from City of Jovanrow. This Kurdish young man has allegedly been shot dead by Iranian state armed forces. The victim was in the car which was carrying a cosmetics product. It is also said that Mr. Salah Waisi’s body has been kept in hospital’s mortuary. The body of Salah has not been returned to his family.
Also, on Monday, 5th of May a Kurdish citizen was severely wounded by Iranian Military forces.
Shooting people in border region in Kurdistan occur , while according to Article 3, Section 10, and Clause 3 of using gun laws, armed officials are allowed to use gun when they do not have any choice, and if they have to use it they must stipulate the followings:
A) Shooting into the air.
B) Targeting below the waist.
C) Considering not shooting above the waist and should not be resulting in taking lives.
