Piranshahr; Detention of a citizen by security forces

On Tuesday, August 17th, a Kurdish citizen named Salah Osmani, 44, resident of the village of Kharapah, a resident of the village of Rezgari (sugar factory) in Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces.
Security forces detained this citizen without issuing any court order.
The citizen was transferred to an unknown location after his arrest and about his exact fate is not available.
No information is available on the reason for Mr. Osmani's arrest and the charges against him.
