Oshnovieh; Detention of a citizen by security forces

 On Monday, January 24th, a Kurdish citizen named "Siamand Kharazm" from the village of "Aliabad" in Oshnovieh was arrested by security forces and taken to an unknown location.

 According to an informed source, the security forces detained the citizen without issuing any court order.

 So far, the efforts of this citizen's family to find out about his fate has been fruitless.
