Oshnavieh; Six protesters were sentenced to prison
Farhad Kazemi, 33 years old, son of Mahmoud, Khaled Dashti, 31 years old, son of Noor Mohammad, Abdur Rahim Rahimi Goran Abad, 30 years old, son of Mostafa, Ehsan Safaifar, 33 years old, son of Ali, Mohammad paykhami, 55 years old, son of Khezr, and Fardin Khosh khahesh, 26 years old, son of Loqman, by Branch 101 of Criminal Court 2 of Oshnavieh were sentenced to a total of 18 years and six months in prison under the chairmanship of judge Abu Talib Jalilpour.
According to the verdict, Farhad Kazemi was sentenced to two years in prison for the charges on "disturbing public order and peace and disobeying the officers", Khaled Dashti was sentenced to two years in prison for the charges of "disturbing public order and peace and disobedience to the officers". Abdur Rahim Rahimi Goran Abad was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for the charges of "disturbing public order and peace, disobeying officers and intentionally destroying public property through participation in protests", Ehsan Safaifar was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for the charges of "disrupting public order and peace." and disobedience to the officers" to two years in prison, Mohammad Paykhami was sentenced to two years in prison for the charges of "disturbance in public order and peace and disobedience to the officers" and Fardin Khosh Khahesh was sentenced to five years and three months in prison for the charges of "disturbance in public order and peace, disobedience to officers and deliberately destroying public property by participating in protests".
Based on the law of multiple crimes, severe punishment is applicable for these six citizens.
Branch 101 of the Criminal Court 2 of Oshnavieh, referring to the report of the justice officers of the Information and Public Security Police, examining the content of mobile phones, viewing clips and images related to the protests and marking the presence of the accused through the BTS of the mobile phone, has issued the sentences to these six citizens to imprisonment.
These six citizens were arrested by the security forces during the Oshnavieh protests, and after the interrogation and explanation of the charges in the first branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office of Oshnavieh city and their case was referred to the 101th branch of the criminal court 2 of Oshnavieh, they were released on bail.
