Kurdpa Agency: no accurate information is available on the fate of Mohabadi teacher after being arrest.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, Yaser Amini Azar, a Mahabad School teacher was arrested by intelligence forces four days ago and his fate is in ambiguous condition.
On Tuesday, May 7th, this Kurdish teacher was arrested while leaving school and transferred to an unknown location.
In this regard, a close friend of this Kurdish teacher told the Kurdpa Agency that on April 25th, the letter of notification was sent to the teacher by the head office of the Board of Appeal on administrative violations of the General of Education in Urmia.
This informed source said this Kurdish teacher was charged with provoking students to close the school during the March protesting and encouraging teachers to attend the sit-in as high school teachers of Qods school of Mahabad Education.
According to the source, this Kurdish teacher should submit his written defense letter to the Urmia General Education and Training Office within ten days.
On November 12th 2018, this teacher was summoned and interrogated by the security department of the Mahabad Education office for participating in the public sit-in by teachers.
