Mohammad Sediq Azizi was sentenced to two years and six months in prison

 A Kurdish soldier named "Mohammad Sediq Azizi", the son of Loghman from Oshnavieh, was sentenced to two years and six months in prison by the First Branch of the Military Court of Urmia.

 The court charged the Kurdish soldier with "collaborating with a Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government."

 According to an informed source, the sentence was officially announced to the Kurdish soldier on Tuesday, April 19th.

 On Sunday, February 27th, Mohammad Sediq Azizi was transferred from one of the security detention centers in Urmia to Oshnavieh Prison and then transferred again to one of the security detention centers in Urmia.

 The soldier was denied "access to a lawyer" and "family visits" during his detention.

 The Kurdish soldier was arrested by the Army Intelligence Service on Wednesday, February 9, 2022.

 This citizen was a soldier in one of the army barracks in Tehran.
