Military Forces killed a Kurdish Citizen in Tehran

Kurdistan Press Agency: A Kurdish citizen from city of Saghezwas killed by Iranian military forces of in Tehran.
Witnesses to the incident told Kurdistan Press Agency that a 35-year-old Kurdish man by the name of Hamid Shakery was shot and killed by Iranian military forces while he was driving in Tehran on Sunday, November 17.
Shakery was father to an 8-year-old girl. Iranian military forces havenot given Shakery’s body to his family.
According to human rights activists, killing of innocent and unprotected Kurdish civilians by Iranian military forces hasincreased drastically. Yet, no investigations are conducted into the killing of these Kurdish civilians by the Iranian judiciary.
In a similar incident, Iranian military forces killed a 17-years-old girl by the name of EvinOsmaniin the Kurdish city of Baneh, on November 14.
Osmani was returning from a picnic withher brother when Iranian soldiers shot and killed her.
Two Kurdish members of the Iranian Majlis (Parliament) have raised issue of the increasing number of Kurdish civilians being killed by military forces in Iran. NiematoolahManoochery, representing the constituencies of Paveh and Hawraman and MohseinBeglary, representing the constituencies Saghez and Baneh asked the Iranian judiciary to investigate the growing number of Kurdish civilians being killed by military forces.
