Local Iranian government and military officials denied a Kurdish backpack carrier from access to the court of law

Kurdpa agency: The head of local authority and military officials in Margewer area of Urmia region denied a Kurdish backpack carrier’s right to access the court of law.

Kurdpa News agency learnt that the head of local authority and military officials in Margawer area of Urmia region blocked the preparation and lodging an official complain made by the family of Kurdish backpack carrier, named “LezginShabani”.

According to an associate, one of the localmilitary commanders told the family of Lezgin that he would put Lezgin’s name in the list of Martyrs, killed in clashes with the counter-revolution group and Lezgin would be considered a martyr and his name would be recorded in the office of the Martyrs Foundation (Bonyad Shahid).

A few days ago Lezgin Shabani a Kurdish backpack carrier was shot dead by the Iranian military forces in Dalanper Mountainous region. He was from Kolabi village of Margawer region. This Kurdish citizen was the breadwinner of his family .He resorted to backpacking for the only available way to make money.

Kurdpa News agency have previously reported that as a result of gunshot fired by the Iranian military forces,another two backpack carriers named Amin and Babak Shabani wounded and they were then transferred to hospital in Urmia.
