Kurdish Parties should operate your legs, This is a response to an unwell political prisoner

Kurdpa Agency: In a process of transferring a Kurdish Political detainee in the central prison of Urmia, he has faced unprecedented and surprising response from prison officials.
According to Kurdistan Press Agency, in response to the Kurdish political prisoner’s request for taking him to a medical surgeon clinic, Urmia prison official told him that Kurdish Parties should come and do operation on his leg. Kaiwan Dawoodi who is 25 years old are suffering from a sever right leg infection. He has been in jail for the last six years.

Urmia Darya Prison officials have recently rejected, taking Kaiwan Dawoodi to a health center outside the prison. The official has surprisingly responded to him that Kurdish Parties should do operation on his leg.
Earlier, one of the members of Kaiwan’s family via a telephone conversation had told Kurdistan Press Agency, that even prosecutor in Urmia has not allowed transferring him to outside the prison. Kaiwan’s family can not afford his leg medical operation.
Ibrahim Dawoodi 70 years old father of Kaiwan has been staying at home for the last three years and he is not able to work due to disability.
Kaiwan was arrested by the Iranian Intelligence service (Ettela-at) when he was19 years old. He was arrested in the Tee Road between Mahabad and Darelek.He was later sentenced to 10 years suspended imprisonment by revolutionary court. He has now spent 6 out of 10 years of sentences.
According to Iranian prison establishment regulations, prison warden are bound to provide treatment and health service to prisoners. As stated in International civil and political rights depriving prisoners from health service is classed as breaching the convention against torturing and ill treatment which is inhuman and atrocious treatment. Iranian Islamic Government is a signatory of International civil and political rights.
