Judicial sentences issued by the revolutionary court against Oshnavieh citizens are continued

Kurdpa agency: Following a heavily sentences imposed on seven Kurdish citizen in Oshnavieh, another four were also sentenced to a long times imprisonment.
According to Kurdpa news agency revolutionary court branch one in Urmieh have sentenced four Kurdish citizens of Oshnavieh to a total of 76 years suspended imprisonment.
According to the court verdict, Fatah Pour-Ahmad has been sentenced to 22 years, Jalal Mahmoudi to 22 years, Luqman Amini to 16 years and Luqman Azizi to 16 years imprisonment, respectively.
An associate in the revolutionary court in Urmieh told Kurdpa that these Kurdish people were accused of affiliation with Kurdish opposition parties in Iran.
In summer 2016 Fatah Pour-Ahmad and Luqman Amini of Chahar-bet village in Nalos region and Luqman Azizi, Jalal Mahmoudi from Oshnavieh were arrested by Iranian intelligent service. They were later on released on bail. The amount of bail was 200 Million Toman (50 k USD).
According to the same associate the verdict can be appeald within 20 days of original trial.
On the other hand in March 2017 Iranian judiciary system sentenced a Kurdish citizen of Oshnavieh to capital punishment and another 6 to a long period of imprisonment. The name these convicted people and their sentences are as follow:
1) Hedayet Abdullah Pour, death penalty
2) Hasel Azizi, 25 years imprisonment.
3) Muhammad Zahir Faramerzi, 20 years imprisonment.
4) Yaqub Ba-Akram, 15 years imprisonment.
5) Jalal Masrouri, 15 years imprisonment.
6) Kamal Masrouri, 11 years imprisonment.
7) Sadiq Baakram, 10 years imprisonment.
The above-mentioned Kurdish people are all from Qara Saqel village of Oshnavieh region.
Previously another 5 Kurdish citizen of Iran had been accused of supporting Kurdish opposition party in Iran. They were convicted by branch 101 of criminal court in Oshnavieh. They were sentenced to a total of 10 years imprisonment. In addition, this trial was biased by intelligent service interference.
