Iran’s intelligence police arrested a Kurdish citizen and confiscated his passport and personal belonging in Shno

Kurdpa Agency: Iran’s intelligence police arrested a Kurdish man from Shno, confiscated his passport and threatened his family.
According to reports received by Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa), the Iranian intelligence police detained Amir Payghami, age 28 from Shno on Monday May 29.
A source close to Mr. Payghami’s family told Kurdpa that the police have confiscated Mr. Payghami’s passport and his personal belongings.
The source also said that Mr. Payghami’s family have on numerous occasions visited the intelligence office to inquire about the whereabouts of their son, and they have on each of these occasions not told anything about his condition, the reasons behind his arrest and the place where he is held.
The source also stated that Mr. Payghami’s family have been threatened with arrest by the intelligence office upon further inquiry. Mr. Payghami whereabouts upon the timing of this report is still unknown.
