Iranian military forces killed three people in Urmia border region

Kurdpa Agency: Another three backpack carriers were shot dead and wounded by Iranian military forces in Urmia border region.
According to Kurdpa News agency, onSaturdayevening, September 3rd, 2106 two Kurdish backpack carriers were shot dead and another was severely injured by Iranian military forces. This incident took placed in Dalanpar mountainous area of Urmia border region.

Kurdpa correspondent said that these Kurdish citizens of Iran had resorted to backpacking to make money within the border region. Furthermore Iranian state authority military forces generally shoot backpack carriers without any warning.
Kurdpa has identified the name of the victims as Faysel Wafaiy and Dariuosh Faqepour. Both of them are from Sousan Abad village in Margawar region. The wounded Kurdish backpack carrier’s name is Sayad Mirkhan-pour from Bar-Asb village.

Not while ago a Kurdish citizen named Lezgin Shabani from Kolabi village, was killed and another two, named Babak and Amin Shabani were wounded by Iranian military forces in Dalanpar mountainous area. Casualties were then taken to hospital in Urmia.

Previously a prominent Kurdish Lawyer Salah Nikbakht told Kurdpa that in the past few years Iranian state authority have announced that the death of backpack carriers were either unintentional or it looked like intentional. The perpetrators have yet to be prosecuted.
