Iran says has produced antivirus software against new virus

Kurdpa - The director of Iran\'s Passive Defense Organization, Gholam Reza Jalali, says that the Islamic Republic has produced an antivirus software protecting software and hardware systems of governmental centers against a new virus dubbed Duqu.
All facilities and equipment, which were affected with this virus, have been cleaned, and the virus is under control, Gholam Reza Jalali told IRNA on Sunday.
Iran\'s Cyber Ccommand has spared no effort to counter any possible cyber attack and is working on this issue day and night, he added.
About: Duqu is a computer worm discovered on 1 September 2011, thought to be related to the Stuxnet worm. The Laboratory of Cryptography and System Security (CrySyS) of the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Hungary, which discovered the threat, analyzed the malware and wrote a 60-page report, naming the threat Duqu. Duqu got its name from the prefix \"~DQ\" it gives to the names of files it creates.
