Head of Second Branch of Sanandaj Revolutionary Court disagree with the freedom of Zahra Mohammadi

Kurdpa Agency: the head of Sanandaj Revolutionary Court's Second Branch of Inquiry refuses to accept the bail for the temporary release of a detained member of the Nojin Socio-cultural Association.

Judge Shahgoldi, head of the second branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court's Second Branch of interrogation, opposes the temporary release of Zahra Mohammadi, a member of the Nojin Socio-cultural Association and a Kurdish language teacher, according to a report released by the Kurdistan Press Agency.

According to an informed source, Zahra Mohammadi's bail has been demanded at 700 million Toman bail and Mohammadi's family has been granted the bail, but the head of the Second Branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court has refused to accept it.

The interrogation of Zahra Mohammadi has been completed and her trial has not been held so far, the source said.

Websites affiliated with the Iranian government's security institutions accuse Zahra Mohammadi of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties," but according to her lawyers, there is no evidence in Zahra's case that she is charged.

Zahra Mohammadi, a member of the Nojin Socio-cultural Association and a Kurdish language teacher in Sanandaj, has been detained by the Intelligence forces for unknown reasons on May 23rd and has been detained for more than five months.
