Kurdpa agency: Iran security forces in Bokan canceled the “Falklor Music Nights\" Concert.
According to a report received by Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa), the Iran security forces in Bokan canceled the “Falklor Music Nights\" Concert.
Kurdpa’s correspondent in Bokan reported that the concert was scheduled to take place on August 12, and 13 in the “Simourkh Hall” but the security forces forced the organizers to cancel it.
The security forces have stated that the reasons for the cancellation had to do with “security reasons and their inability to control the crowd”, Kurdpa’s reporter stated.
According to the report, the security forces summoned the organizers of the concert and told them to cancel the concert. This comes after the fact, that large numbers of tickets were sold and a number of Kurdish singers, poets and even Nishtman, a group of Kurdish dancers were to participate in the concert.
