Detention of a civil activist in Mahabad

On Saturday, January 23rd, a civil activist named "Arsto Mullah Rahimi" from Mahabad was arrested after being summoned to the Mahabad Ettelaat Bureau.
This civil activist was transferred to Mahabad Prison after several hours of interrogation.
The security forces summoned and arrested this civil activist by phone after publishing an article about the anniversary of the establishment of the Republic of Kurdistan on social media.
Arsto Mullah Rahimi has played an active role in helping and campaign's aid for the flood victims of Lorestan and the earthquake victims of Qotur and Kermanshah.
