Arrest of seven Kurdish citizens in the cities of Maku, Chaldoran, Showt and Bazargan

Kurdpa Agency: Seven Kurdish citizens were arrested by intelligence forces in the cities of Maku, Chaldoran, Showt and Bazargan.

According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a young Kurd man named Fowad Vakalti (Fowad Ager) from Maku has been detained by intelligence forces a week ago and no information is available on his fate.

This young man was arrested by intelligence agents for the sake of publication of several Instagram posts about Kurdish people in Maku.

In recent days, Kurdistan Human Rights Network has reported that at least six Kurdish citizens called \"Ahmed Sabzi\" from Bazargan, \"Mohammad Salim Bakri\" from Showt, \"Behzad Khalidi\", \"Rasool Khalidi\", \"Sajad Rostami\" and \"Mohammad Hussein Sarbaz\" from Chaldoran were arrested by Intelligence Organization of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

These six Kurdish citizens were transferred to the Guard Corps detention center in Urmia and are denied \"visiting the family and access to a lawyer\".

Kurdistan Human Rights Network has announced that these six Kurdish citizens were arrested after the death of a member of the IRGC on May 28th during a Revolutionary Guards clash with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government in the village of Segrik, Chaldoran.

First, these six Kurdish citizens were transferred to the Guard Corps detention center in Khoy and after three days, they were transferred to the Guard Corps detention center in Urmia.
