Anisa Jafari-Mehr was arrested in Eslamabad-e Gharb (Shabad)

On Monday, November 23rd, a Kurdish cultural activist named "Anisa Jafari-Mehr", 27, was arrested by security forces in the city of Eslamabad-e Gharb (Shabad) in Kermanshah and transferred to an unknown location.
Security forces raided this cultural activist's private home without a warrant and searched her home.
The cultural activist's personal belongings, including laptops, mobile phones and some of his books, were confiscated by security forces.
This cultural activist was also detained by security forces on Tuesday, December 17th, 2019.
Anisa Jafari Mehr is a graduate student in Linguistics at Kurdistan University.
No information is available on the reason for the arrest and whereabouts of the Kurdish cultural activist.
