Kurdpa Agency: A teacher has been sentenced to seven years in prison by the Criminal Court in Divandarreh.
According to a report from the Kurdistan Press Agency, a teacher, \"Ataullah Ahsani\", son of Habiballah, from Divandarreh, received a seven year imprisonment a few days ago.
The lawyer of this teacher is Haydar Torabi. and he appealed against this verdict and awaits for the final decision of the court of appeals.
This verdict was issued by the Branch of 101 of the Criminal Court II of the Divandarreh in 1397 and based on Article 513 of the Islamic Penal Code, he charges of \"insulting the sanctities\" to 5 years imprisonment and based on Article 698 of the charge \"False propaganda\" has been sentenced to two years\' imprisonment.
According to Article 134 of the Islamic Penal Code, after the verdict has been confirmed in the appeals court, the maximum sentence is five years imprisonment.
This teacher has a 28-year experience employment in Education System, which has been sentenced to prison by the Revolutionary Guards.
