Kurdpa Agency: A labor activist from Sanandaj will be summoned to the 4th District Court of Appeals.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a labor activist named Khalil Karimi will be to the 4th District of the Sanandaj Appeal Court on July 14th 2019.
On Monday, November 19th 2018, This labor activist was convicted by the first district of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on \"propaganda against the regime through participation in the International Labor Day and participating in the campaign against the execution of Ramin Hussein Penahi, an executed political prisoner\", sentenced to one year in prison.
on September 10th 2018, Khalil Karimi was summoned to the first district of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on procedure of his case and also on Friday, June 15, 2018, this labor activist was summoned to the headquarters of Sanandaj Ettelaat Bureau on charges with \"attending the International Labor Day\" and \"meeting with the family of Ramin Husseinphenahi \".
