Kurdpa Agency: A Sanandaji labor activist was sentenced to one year suspended imprisonment for three years.
According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, on Saturday May 11th, a one-year suspended for three years sentence was issued to Eqbal Shabani, a labor activist from Sanandaj.
This labor activist was trailed in the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj on May 5th, under the chairmanship of Judge Saeedi.
On Tuesday, February 19th, 2019, Eqbal Shabani was detained by intelligence in a street in Sanandaj, and after twenty-eight days, he was released on bail of 100 million Tomans in a temporary way.
