A Kurdish political prisoner executed in Miandoab

Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa): The death sentence of a Kurdish political prisoner was executed in the prison of Miandoab.
According to reliable sources, at down on Monday, September 10, Kamal Ahmadnezhad, a Kurdish political prisoner was executed in Miandoab Prison.
The execution was carried out without informing Kamal’s family beforehand and giving the right of last in-person visit to Kamal.
Kamal Ahmadnezhad, from Gamishgoli village in city of Miandoab, along with five other persons whose names are Halmat Abdollahi, Milad Abdi, Saiid Siahi, Solaiman Kori and Mostafa Tahazadeh were arrested in the late 2015. The allegation of all of them was ‘membership in a Kurdish opposition political party’ which they had to admit it after being tortured excruciatingly.
On September 18, 2016, Halmat Abdollahi, Milad Abdi, Saiid Siahi, Solaiman Kori and Mostafa Tahazadeh were tried during which every one of them was received a 15-year prison sentence.
