A Kurdish citizen was summoned to court in Razavi Khorasan

Kurdpa Agency: A Kurdish citizen from Kalat, Razavi Khorasan was summoned to court of this city.

According to a report by the Kurdistan Press Agency, a Kurdish citizen named \"Mehdi Ganjbakhsh\" for investigating on allegations of \"false propaganda\", \"disturbing public opinion\", \"propaganda against the regime\" and \"insulting the leadership\" will be summoned at Kalat\'s Court on Saturday, May 18th.

This Kurd citizen was arrested on the same charges in May 24th, 2018 and after ten days of interrogation, he was released on bail of 250 million Toman, and the plaintiff of his case is the Ministry of Intelligence.

This Kurd citizen has been summoned to court five times since his arrest.

Mahdi Ganjbakhsh was arrested on December 9th, 2018 by the intelligence forces on charges of \"cooperating with one of the Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government\" and was interrogated at the Ettelaat\'s detention center until February 7th, 2019.

This kurd citizen then was sentenced to one year in discretionary imprisonment by the judiciary and in 1391(Hijri), his sentenced, including the time of his arrest, before the sentence was issued, he spent his convited time in Vakilabad Prison in Mashhad, and was released from prison at the end of his term of imprisonment.
