A Kudish labor activist sentenced to six months imprisonment

Kurdistan Press Agency (Kurdpa): The General and Revolutionary Public Prosecutor of Sna (Sanandaj) sentenced a Kurdish labor activist to six months imprisonment.
According to reports received by out agency, a Kurdish labor activist, Ahmad Amini, son of Khodadad, was sentenced to six months imprisonment, included the duration he has previously spent in custody, on charge of ‘assaulting the Leader’ by the General and Revolutionary Public Prosecutor of Sna.
The General and Revolutionary Public Prosecutor of Sna has suspended Ahmad’s sentence for a one year duration due to extenuating circumstances such as unemployment and poverty.
The court found Ahmad not guilty of another allegation which was ‘membership in an opposition group and propaganda against the Islamic Republic of Iran’.
