A Kolbar was wounded by government troops when they opened fire at the Nowsud border

 Today, February 13th, a Kolbar named "Osman Badri" from the village of "Vaniser" in salas_e_Babajani was wounded by government soldiers firings at the border of Nowsud.

 Government troops opened fire at this Kolbar without prior warning.

 The kolbar was severely wounded in the head and body due to the shots. 

 Osman Badri has been transferred to Nowsud Hospital for medical treatment.
