A dismissed labor committed suicide in Sanandaj (capital of Kurdistan province – Iran)

KURDPA - One of the dismissed workers of Kurdistan Textile Factory committed suicide due to\" unemployment and poverty\".
Based on a report by the Coordinating Committee to assist Workers’ Organizations, Mansour Zareii, 42, committed suicide because of unbearable living conditions in Sanandaj city on March 5, 2012.
He had been working for 15 years in a very difficult and hazardous working condition in the Kurdistan Textile Factory.
Over 400 workers have been fired from their jobs following a restructuring plan in this textile factory in 2006.
