A Citizen from “Naghada” was sentenced to 2 Years and 8 Months Imprisonment

Kurdistan Press Agency: A Kurdish citizen from “Naghada” was sentenced to imprisonment accused of membership and advertisement activities in one of the opposition parties against Iranian Islamic Government.
According to the report achieved by Kurdistan Press Agency, ‘’Kamil MamShex’’ 37 years old, according to the articles 499 and 500 of Islamic sentence law was sentenced to 2 years and 8 months imprisonment by the branch 2 of “Naghada” Court and his case was worked on by the judge Rasool Gholami.
Accoding to an aware source, this Kurdish Citizen has been summoned to intelligence Agency of Naghada on 8 May, 2013 and after three days he has been released on a 30,000 $ collateral.
It is said ’Kamil MamShex also had been arrested in charge of being advocate of one of the Kurdish Parties.

An aware source informed Kurdistan Press: Kamil who is a resident of “Xalifan” village in Naghada city has been informed of his sentence on November 23, 2013. As a result of reinvestigating his sentence, he has raised his voice to the Investigation Court of West Azerbaijan Governorate. Accoding to an aware source, this Kurdish Citizen has been summoned to intelligence Agency of Naghada on 8 May, 2013 and after three days he has been released on a 30,000 $ collateral.
