Goran Khedri and Bakhtiar Amini; Two Kolbars Injured on Hengazhal Border of Baneh by Direct Military Fire and Landmine Explosion

August 5, 2026 – Over the past two days, two Kolbars from Baneh named "Goran Khedri" and "Bakhtiar Amini," who are married and from the villages of "Nizerod" and "Dusineh," were severely injured in two separate incidents due to direct shooting by military forces and a landmine explosion on the "Hengazhal" border of Baneh and transferred to Salahaddin Ayyubi Hospital in Baneh.

According to an informed source speaking to Kurdpa, on Tuesday evening, August 4, 2026, at approximately 10:00 PM, "Goran Khedri," a Kolbar from the village of "Nizerod" in Baneh, married and father of a daughter, was severely wounded in the thigh on the "Hengazhal" border of Baneh due to direct live ammunition fire by military forces and transferred to Salahaddin Ayyubi Hospital in Baneh.

Additionally, according to another source speaking to Kurdpa, today, Wednesday, August 5, 2026, "Bakhtiar Amini," a Kolbar from the village of "Dusineh" in the district of Baneh, married and father of three children, was severely injured in the foot due to a landmine explosion on the "Hengazhal" border of Baneh and transferred to Salahaddin Ayyubi Hospital in Baneh.
