Oshnavieh; The release of Arman Darvishi and Milad Shadikhah after 84 days of detention on heavy bail

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, two young Kurdish men from Oshnavieh named "Arman Darvishi" and "Milad Shadikhah" were temporarily released after 84 days of arbitrary detention, each upon posting a heavy bail of 3 billion Tomans.

An informed source, while confirming this news, told Kurdpa; "Arman Darvishi", son of Amir and a Kurdish youth, and "Milad Shadikhah", known as "Milad Ghareh", son of Ali and 22 years old, from the village of "Singan" in the suburbs of Oshnavieh in the province of "West Azerbaijan", were arbitrarily arrested by the security forces of the Intelligence Department without a judicial warrant on Thursday, March 5, 2026, and transferred to an unknown location, and on May 26, 2026, after 84 days of arbitrary detention, each was temporarily released upon posting a heavy bail of 3 billion Tomans.

This is the first time that the news of the detention of these two young Kurdish men is published simultaneously with their release after 84 days of arbitrary detention.

Until the publication of this news, there is no information about the reasons for the detention of these two young Kurdish men, and the security forces have not provided any explanation in this regard. Also, during their detention, they were held and interrogated in unknown locations in solitary confinement cells and were deprived of any right to access a lawyer and meet with their families.
