October 25, 2026; Following 14 days since the arbitrary arrest of "Pariya Nasiri," a 17-year-old Kurdish student from Naghadeh, no information remains available regarding her fate and detention location. This teenager was arrested following a violent raid by IRGC Intelligence forces on her school and in an atmosphere of terror and intimidation within her classroom. Since her arrest, she has been deprived of the right to access legal counsel, family visits, and even a brief phone call with her relatives.

An informed source confirmed this news to Kurdpa, stating that on Monday, October 12, 2026, "Pariya Nasiri," daughter of Naser, a 17-year-old Kurdish student from Naghadeh enrolled at the "Sharaf" public technical-vocational high school for girls located on "Shahid Motahari 2" Street, was arrested during a raid by IRGC Intelligence security forces on the school. According to this source, security forces arrested the student violently in her classroom without presenting a judicial warrant, causing severe panic and terror within the school and classroom environment, before transferring her to an undisclosed location.

According to this informed source, after 14 days of arbitrary detention of this 17-year-old teenager, and despite continuous inquiries by her relatives, no information is available regarding her fate and whereabouts. Throughout this period, Pariya Nasiri has been deprived of the right to access legal counsel and family visits, and has not even been allowed to make a brief phone call to her family.

As of the publication of this report, security forces have provided no explanation regarding the arbitrary and violent arrest of this 17-year-old student and have failed to account for her situation. However, sources told Kurdpa that her arrest was carried out in connection with "talking about one of the IRGC facilities near the school"—a claim that Kurdpa cannot independently verify.

The Kurdpa Human Rights Organization strongly condemns the violent and terrorizing raid by IRGC Intelligence forces on schools, the deployment of military equipment, the creation of a garrison-like atmosphere, and the arbitrary arrest of students—including the recent case of "Pariya Nasiri," a 17-year-old student from Naghadeh—in the strongest possible terms. Kurdpa considers the transformation of educational environments into security and military bases in recent months to be a clear manifestation of "gross violations of children's rights," "deprivation of safety in educational environments," "temporary enforced disappearance," and "psychological torture of students." The Kurdpa Human Rights Organization acknowledges that in recent months, the government has imposed a security and military atmosphere over schools and in many cases has even stationed military forces and equipment within educational premises—a practice demonstrating the deepening of overt repression, flagrant violations, and absolute disregard for international obligations, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Safe Schools Declaration.
