February 8, 2026; Following 25 days since the arbitrary and violent detention of “Ali Aghamohammadi,” a Kurdish citizen from “Holilan” in “Ilam” province and a resident of “Rey,” he remains in a state of uncertainty, and there is no information regarding his fate or place of detention.

An informed source, while confirming this news to “Kurdpa,” stated; “Ali Aghamohammadi” was arrested on January 15, 2026, by IRGC (Revolutionary Guard) Intelligence forces during a raid on his home without the presentation of a judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location.

It should be noted that during his detention, this Kurdish citizen has been deprived of the right to access a lawyer, as well as contact and visitation with his family. The continuation of this lack of information has caused serious concern for his family.
