Kermanshah; 26 days of detention and absolute lack of information regarding the fate of Behnam Golshadnejad

February 6, 2026; Following 26 days since the arbitrary detention of “Behnam Golshadnejad,” a Kurdish citizen from “Bisotun” in “Kermanshah” province, there is still no information regarding his fate or place of detention.
“Behnam Golshadnejad” was arrested on Saturday, January 10, 2026, by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant. Despite repeated inquiries by his family, no information regarding his location or status has been obtained so far.
During his detention, this Kurdish citizen has been deprived of any right to access a lawyer or visit with his family. The continuation of this absolute lack of information has significantly increased concerns regarding his physical well-being and fate.
