February 19, 2026; Following 31 days of arbitrary detention and legal uncertainty for "Amir-Hossein Nazarzadeh", a 27-year-old Kurdish youth from the village of "Fartan" in "Esfarayen", he continues to be held in "Esfarayen Prison" without any fair judicial proceedings after the completion of his interrogations.

An informed source, while confirming this news, told Kurdpa: "Amir-Hossein Nazarzadeh" was detained on January 20, 2026, without a judicial warrant by security forces and transferred to an unknown location. Following the conclusion of his interrogation phase, he was moved to "Esfarayen Prison".

Throughout his 31 days of arbitrary detention, this 27-year-old youth has been deprived of any right to visitations with his family or access to a lawyer.
