Arrest and Lack of Information on 4 Kurdish Citizens in Ilam; Emad Heydarian, Hadi Najafinezhad, Fereshteh Mansouriniya, and Danial Bashi

From January 5 to January 18, 2026, at least four Kurdish citizens from various cities and villages of Ilam province named “Emad Heydarian,” “Hadi Najafinezhad,” “Fereshteh Mansouriniya,” and “Danial Bashi” have been arrested by the security forces of the Islamic Republic in a violent manner and without being presented with a judicial warrant.

These individuals are being held in unknown locations, and with the passage of a period ranging from one week to more than 18 days, there is no official information available regarding their status, place of detention, or potential charges against them.

Emad Heydarian, son of Behzad, 20 years old, from “Zarneh” in “Eyvan” county of Ilam province; Arrest: January 5, 2026; Duration of lack of information: 22 days.

Hadi Najafinezhad, 32 years old, from “Eyvan-e Gharb” in Ilam province; Arrest: January 13, 2026; Duration of lack of information: 14 days.

Fereshteh Mansouriniya, 36 years old, from “Sarabeleh” in Ilam province, one of the female detainees of “Zhen, Zhian, Azadi” who has experienced 6 months of imprisonment; Arrest: probably January 8, 2026; Duration of lack of information: 18 days.

Danial Bashi, 20 years old, from “Ganjeh” village in “Badreh” county of Ilam province; Arrest: probably January 18, 2026; Duration of lack of information: about one week.
