October 23, 2026; Following 25 days since the arbitrary arrest of "Amir Parviz-Zadeh," a Kurdish youth from Badreh County in Ilam Province, he continues to be held with an undetermined status in Ilam Central Prison, deprived of the right to access legal counsel, family visits, phone contact with his family, and temporary release on bail.

An informed source confirmed this news to Kurdpa, stating that "Amir Parviz-Zadeh" was arrested on September 29, 2026, without a judicial warrant by IRGC Intelligence security forces in Badreh County and transferred to an undisclosed location. According to this source, following a week of detention and interrogation in an IRGC Intelligence security detention facility in the county, he was transferred to Ilam Central Prison. This source also stated that Amir Parviz-Zadeh faced pressure and torture during interrogations to coerce a forced confession.

At the time of arresting this young Kurdish man, security forces confiscated and took away his personal belongings, including his mobile phone, without presenting a legal document—items that remain in the possession of these forces.

Despite 25 days passing since "Amir Parviz-Zadeh's" arrest, the reasons for his detention remain unclarified, and security forces have provided no explanation in this regard. Throughout his detention, he has been deprived of the right to access legal counsel, family visits, and phone contact with his family, and is currently held in Ilam Central Prison without judicial determination of his case and deprived of temporary release.
