A resident of the Somar district who was hurt in a mine explosion lost his life

A resident named "Iraj Mahmoudi" son of Asad from the village of "Vijanan" in the Gilan-e Gharb county, who had suffered serious injuries in a mine explosion, passed away on February 1, 2024.
An informed source claims that because of the severity of the injuries brought on by the mine explosion, this citizen passed away in an Ilam hospital.
OnJanuary 26, 2024, a mine explosion in the "Ban-Sarat" area of the Somar district seriously injured Iraj Mahmoudi and two other citizens in the hand, foot, head, and eye areas.
