Delshad Mohammadi was released on bail

On February 1, 2024, Delshad Mohammadi, a citizen of Sardasht, was temporarily released from one of the security detention centers in Urmia by posting a bail of 500 million tomans.

After the arrest of this citizen, Osman Mazin, a lawyer of the judiciary, demanded the restoration of his civil and legal rights in a letter to the prosecutor's office of Sardasht.

Mr. Mohammadi was arrested and transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia for interrogation by security forces without presenting a judicial warrant and by resorting to violence on January 8, 2024.

So far, no accurate information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against this Kurdish citizen.
