The family of Farhad Salimi, without permission for the last meeting with their son, are transferring his body to Saqqez

The family of Farhad Salimi had been waiting for a meeting since two days ago and after his transfer to solitary confinement, today without permission for the last meeting, their son was executed and the family is transferring his body to Saqqez.

According to a source informed by Kurdpa; while the family had been waiting for two days and it was agreed that on the night of tonight in the final hours before the execution of Farhad Salimi, the family would meet with him, they were not given permission for the last meeting and when the family arrived at Qezelhesar prison, their son had been executed.

This informed source says; at the moment, the body has been delivered to the family and they are transferring the body of their son to Saqqez.

On Wednesday morning of January 23 the death sentence of Mamusta Farhad Salimi, a Kurdish prisoner of conscience, was executed after 14 years of imprisonment in Qezelhesar prison in Karaj.

Mamusta Farhad Salimi, from Saqqez, was married and had two children.

On January 20, this Kurdish prisoner of conscience, who had been on hunger strike for three weeks, was transferred to solitary confinement.
