Ala Fathi was released on bail

On January 21, Ala Fathi, a citizen from Divandareh, was temporarily released from Sanandaj prison on bail.

This citizen was arrested by the security forces without presenting a judicial verdict In September 2023 and was transferred to one of the security detention centers of Sanandaj for interrogation.

So far, no precise information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against Mr. Fathi.
