The identity of six Kolbars (porters) who were beaten, insulted, and assaulted by the border guard forces of "Tavileh"
On January 20, 2024, a video of the severe beating and insulting of six Kolbars (porters) from Javanroud and Marivan was released, which showed that security forces had cut off the hair on their heads and aimed to cause damage.
The names of six of these citizens who were beaten up are:
1. Sarkoot Shirzad, 19 years old, has been injured in the thigh, hand, waist, and head.
2. Shuresh Nasrallah, 16 years old, has been injured in the leg, thigh, teeth, nose, and calf.
3. Arash Tap, 23 years old, has been injured in the leg and hip.
4. Saboor Morovati, 17 years old, has been injured in the thigh, back, and under the eye.
5. Ribin Talabani, 16 years old, has been injured in the arm, back, and leg.
6. Payam Dehoun, 16 years old, whose body has turned black and blue.
These Kolbars, who are from Javanroud and Kanidinar Marivan, were detained at the "Tavileh" border without access to water and food for one night, and all of them were subjected to disrespect by shaving their hair. In the published video, one of the citizens mentions that the border guards pulled them to the ground and severely beat them, then shaved their hair and insulted them. Also, they kept these citizens without water and food for one night.
