Sanandaj; A story of the state killing of Mohammad Shariaty, one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi by shooting bullets at his "spine and liver"

In November 2022, coinciding with the fortieth-day of the state killing of Jina_Mahsa Amini and after holding a very large ceremony in Saqqez and general strikes in other cities of Kurdistan, popular protests in most cities of Kurdistan and Iran entered a new stage. The city of Sanandaj, which had started the morning with strikes, also came to the streets near noon to continue the protests. Mohammad Shariaty, who had accompanied the people since the beginning of the revolutionary uprising for Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, also came to the street on the fortieth_day of the state killing of Jina but was killed by the bullets of the suppressive forces.

Kurdpa, which documents the wounded and killed of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi exclusively, this time deals with the state killing of "Mohammad Shariaty", one of the martyrs of the popular protests in Sanandaj, who was killed during the protests of the fortieth-day of the state killing of Jina-Mahsa Amini by shooting bullets at his "spine and liver".

According to an informed source to Kurdpa; On November 4th, 2022, the people of Sanandaj resumed their protests in the streets after attending the fortieth-day ceremony of Jina-Mahsa Amini. The boulevard of "Dr. Hosseini" was one of the popular points of protest, which was turned into violence by the shooting of the suppressive government forces towards the people. "Mohammad Shariaty", one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi was also one of the protesters who was severely wounded as a result of the shooting of the suppressive forces.

The informed source of Kurdpa explains how Mohammad Shariaty was shot; At noon, "Mohammad" was targeted by the bullets of the suppressive forces of the Sepah from a close distance of 50 meters and was severely wounded due to the bullet hitting the middle of his spine. Killing Mohammad Shariaty half an hour after being wounded and taking his body hostage by the Sepah forces;

After Mohammad Shariaty was wounded, the people could not take him out of the scene of the incident, for this reason, this 33-year-old protester fell into the hands of the suppressive forces with severe injuries and bleeding. These forces, by arresting Mr. Shariaty, proceed to transfer him to the "Kowsar" hospital in Sanandaj, but after half an hour and in front of the hospital door, he loses his life.

The suppressive forces take the body of this killed protester hostage for several hours in the legal medicine and severely threaten the family that the body must be buried at night and without the presence of the people. According to an informed source of Kurdpa in this regard; The body of Mr. Shariaty was buried near 2:30 am on November 5th, 2022, without the participation of the people and only with the presence of the father of the family in a completely severe security atmosphere.

In the legal medicine leaflet, the cause of death of Mr. Shariaty is stated as "collision with hard or sharp objects". The district administration of Sanandaj, by taking a written commitment from the father of Mohammad Shariaty, delivers his body to the family after taking him hostage;

More details from an informed source to Kurdpa show the hostage-taking of Mohammad Shariaty's body by the Sepah forces; After Mohammad Shariaty's father, despite repeated follow-ups, was disappointed by the delivery of his son's hostage body in the morgue of the Sepah Pasdaran in Sanandaj, he went to the governor and the district administrator.

According to this informed source; Asadollah Shariaty, the father of the martyr Mohammad Shariaty, first reluctantly goes to the governorate of Sanandaj and gets a promise to receive his son's body.

Then, at 10 pm on November 4th, 2022, the district administration of Sanandaj, by summoning Asadollah Shariaty and making a written commitment, agreed to deliver his son's body to him. The burial of Mohammad Shariaty by the suppressive government forces and only with the presence of the father of the family;

After Asadollah Shariaty receives his son's hostage body, for the identification and confirmation of the identity of the body, Mohammad Shariaty's face is shown to him. Then, the security forces do not allow the burial of Mohammad Shariaty to the family and they proceed to bury the body of this martyr and only in the presence of the father of the family.

According to an informed source to Kurdpa in this regard, during the burial of Mohammad Shariaty, the security-suppressive forces surrounded the cemetery of "Behesht Mohammadi" and the vicinity of Mr. Shariaty's house in Sanandaj.     

At the funeral, third-day, seventh-day, and fortieth-day ceremonies of Mohammad Shariaty, the security-suppressive forces were also present in the "Behesht Mohammadi" cemetery and were even stationed in front of the door and on top of the hill in the cemetery.

The pressures of the security institutions to register Mohammad Shariaty as a "martyr of the Islamic Republic" and the rejection of this request by the family;

Following the security pressures on the Shariaty family, the security institutions try to register the name of "Mohammad Shariaty" as a "martyr of the Islamic Republic". But when they put pressure on the father and uncle of Mohammad Shariaty to register their son in the "Martyr Foundation", they face strong opposition.

According to an informed source of Kurdpa; Mr. Shariaty had said in response to the promise and pressure of the security institutions, the blood of Mohammad, my son, has sanctity and value and I will not sell it to all the worldly possessions. My son's blood is not for sale, even if it costs my life.

Summoning Mohammad Shariaty's sister to the security headquarters "Shahramfar" before his brother's anniversary;

As the anniversary of the state killing of Mohammad Shariaty approaches, his sister is summoned to the security headquarters of Shahramfar in Sanandaj and is interrogated and pressured to cooperate with the security institutions regarding going to the graves of the martyrs of Saqqez along with other families.

According to an informed source of Kurdpa; The information the Shahramfar headquarters in Sanandaj also takes a commitment from Mohammad Shariaty's sister by writing the names and details of her husband and children on the papers and taking her fingerprints, not to talk to the media about this summons.

Mohammad Shariaty was born on January 5th, 1991 in Sanandaj, the son of Asadollah and Soheila.
