Sanandaj; Morteza Mohammadi and Ebrahim Mohammadi were released on bail

On Sunday, January 7th, two Kurdish citizens named "Morteza Mohammadi" and "Ebrahim Mohammadi" from Sanandaj were temporarily released from prison in this city on bail.

These two citizens were transferred to the prison of this city on Saturday, January 6th, after completing the interrogation stages from the detention center of the Intelligence Department of Sanandaj.

On January 1st, security forces raided the home of Morteza Mohammadi in the "Hasan Abad" neighborhood of Sanandaj without presenting a judicial warrant and arrested him with violence.

Ebrahim Mohammadi also went to the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj to follow up on his brother's fate and was arrested by security forces.

So far, no accurate information has been obtained about the reason for the arrest and the charges against these two brothers.

Also, Morteza Mohammadi was arrested by security forces on February 19th, 2023, and was released from Sanandaj prison on bail on March 6th of the same year.
