On December 26, the execution of a prisoner named "Mohammadreza Mehraban" 35 years old from Qorveh County was carried out in Sanandaj Central Prison.

This prisoner had been transferred to solitary confinement in Sanandaj Prison on December 24, for the execution of the death sentence.

This prisoner was arrested four years ago on charges of "premeditated murder" and later sentenced to death by judicial authorities.

So far, the news of the execution of this prisoner has not been announced by official sources or media inside Iran.
