Shaho Barham and Ehsan Mohammadi, detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, were sentenced to pay a fine

...Shaho (Ayub) Barham son of Isa and Ehsan Mohammadi son of Ibrahim from Oshnavieh and detainees of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi, were sentenced to pay a fine by branch one of the special juvenile criminal court of West Azerbaijan province.

According to the verdict, these two protesters were each sentenced to pay 25 million rials in fines with the calculation of previous detention days on charges of "disrupting public order and peace by participating in protests".

Also, the court, based on the contents of the legal medical theory based on the lack of rational growth and lack of understanding of the movement of the crime of fighting by these two protesters and the lack of a film related to the scene of destruction and arson of property, acquitted them of the charge of destruction and arson to confront the government (in the verdict of fighting).

On November 1, 2023, Shaho Barham and Ehsan Mohammadi were temporarily released after more than a year of temporary detention by posting bail of one billion tomans each.

Shaho Barham was arrested by security forces on October 10, 2023, for participating in the protests of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi and transferred to one of the security detention centers in Urmia for interrogation.

Shaho Barham was transferred to Urmia prison after completing the interrogation stages.

On August 25, 2023, Eric Markwardt, a member of the European Parliament, took over the political bail of Ehsan Mohammadi. Mr. Markwardt wrote in a post on his Instagram page; I have taken over Ehsan's bail. He is 16 years old and was facing the charge of "Waging war against God" which could have led to his execution. Based on facts, several times, people under the legal age have been sentenced to death and executed in Iran.

Ehsan Mohammadi was summoned and arrested by the Oshnavieh Intelligence Department on October 12, 2023. He was transferred to Urmia after a while for interrogation and was tortured during the interrogation.

Ehsan Mohammadi was kept in the Urmia Correction and Education Center during his detention.
