Summoning Faeq Yousefi with the trick of "accident complaint" to the police station and raiding 15 security forces to his house
Security forces in Saqqez, using the trick of "accident complaint", while summoning Faeq Yousefi, a member of the "Halo" mountaineering group and a former political prisoner, to one of the police stations in Saqqez, raided his house and searched his house and his car.
This member of the "Halo" mountaineering group in Saqqez, by publishing a video in Kurdish on his personal Instagram page, announced that on Thursday, December 14, 2023, he was contacted by police station 11 of Saqqez and told that he had to introduce himself to this police station due to a complaint based on an accident. Later, at 11 pm, when Mr. Yousefi was not at home, 15 plainclothes forces raided his house and searched his house and his car. This former political prisoner, who has been living outside the home for three days, while denying any case of an accident, adds in the video; "He has no mental or physical problems and is in perfect health and is an athlete."
He also emphasizes; "If he is arrested or any problem arises for him, definitely the Saqqez Intelligence Department would be responsible."
In this regard, on December 14, 2023, a total of 9 security forces under the title of employees of the Water Department raided the home of Hoshang Shabani to arrest him and searched the house. These forces, by taking a compulsory commitment from the family, demanded the delivery of their child to the Baneh Intelligence Department.
On November 1, 2020, Faeq Yousefi introduced himself to Saqqez Prison to execute his sentence and on April 19, 2021, he was released from Saqqez Prison at the end of his sentence.
This member of the "Halo" mountaineering group in Saqqez was arrested on July 9, 2019, along with "Hadi Mohammadzadeh" by security forces and transferred to the Sanandaj Intelligence Department for interrogation.
On September 9, 2019, Faeq Yousefi, after two months of detention, was released on bail, and on November 15 of that year, he was sentenced by the Saqqez Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office to 10 months of imprisonment with the calculation of previous detention days for "propaganda against the system" and was acquitted of the charge of "membership in one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government".
The verdict of this member of the "Halo" mountaineering group in Saqqez was reduced to six months of imprisonment in the Sanandaj Court of Appeal.
