Bokan; Hasan Mardani was sentenced to three years in prison
A Kurdish citizen named "Hasan Mardani" from Bokan was sentenced to three years in prison by branch 101 of the criminal court of this city.
The court accused this citizen of "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government" and this verdict was officially notified to him in the past few days.
On October 8, this Kurdish citizen was temporarily released from Bokan prison by depositing a bail of one billion tomans until the end of the trial process.
On October 4, Mr. Mardani was transferred from the Urmia intelligence detention center to Bokan prison after completing the interrogation process.
This citizen was deprived of access to a lawyer and meeting with his family during the detention period.
On August 10, Hasan Mardani was arrested by security forces without a judicial warrant.
