Nagadeh Prison; Hossein Mahmoudpour was released on bail

On December 11, a Kurdish citizen named "Hossein Mahmoudpour" son of Aziz from the village of "Gargul Sofla" in Piranshahr was temporarily released from Nagadeh Prison on a two billion rial bail.

This citizen was deprived of access to a lawyer during his detention.

Mr. Mahmoudpour was interrogated for 10 days in the Piranshahr Intelligence Detention Center and 25 days in the Urmia Intelligence Detention Center and was transferred to Nagadeh Prison after the interrogation was completed.

The security forces accused this Kurdish citizen of "membership and cooperation with one of the Kurdish parties opposed to the Iranian government"

On August 15, the security forces his home without presenting a judicial warrant and arrested him.

Hossein Mahmoudpour was born on June 24, 1972.
