Summoning of Moaeid Saedi, 15 years old, brother of Sarina Saedi, one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi to branch 108 of the criminal court of Sanandaj

Moaeid Saedi, brother of Sarina Saedi, one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi in Sanandaj was summoned to branch 108 of the criminal court of this city.

Moaeid Saedi was summoned to branch 108 of the criminal court of Sanandaj on charges of "propaganda against the Islamic Republic" by the public and revolutionary prosecutor's office and the prosecutor of Sanandaj.

According to the received notice, this 15-year-old child must be present in the mentioned branch today, December 11, for investigation.

On September 14, Moeid Saedi, 15 years old, brother of Sarina Saedi, one of the martyrs of the revolutionary uprising of Jin, Jiyan, Azadi in Sanandaj, along with his aunt Rizan Saedi, 17 years old, were arrested by security forces.

The security forces arrested these two citizens without presenting a judicial warrant in the Behesht Mohammadi cemetery in Sanandaj for taking video.

These two citizens were temporarily released after the end of the interrogation by depositing bail.

On November 27, 2022, Sarina Saedi, 16 years old, died of cerebral hemorrhage as a result of being beaten by the repressive forces and being hit by batons on the head during the protest rallies on November 26, 2022, and died after one day of hospitalization.
