Baneh; Mehdi Norouzi was transferred to prison for the execution of his sentence

On December 2, 2023, a Kurdish citizen named "Mehdi Norouzi" from Baneh was transferred to the prison of this city for the execution of his sentence.
This citizen had previously been sentenced by the Baneh Revolutionary Court, headed by Judge "Jafari", to one year of imprisonment for "collaborating with one of the Kurdish opposition parties of the Iranian government" and after his objection, this verdict was changed to six months of imprisonment in the appeals court.
Mr. Norouzi was arrested by security forces on July 11, 2023, without presenting a judicial verdict and was released temporarily from the detention center of the Sanandaj Intelligence Office on Wednesday, September 6 of the same year by depositing bail.
